"I can't help thinking of the very practical one, which is not putting anything too stressful on that first week when I come back. The other one is how to in that day focus on being more present on that day," he says. "It still surprises me how the way I can deal with a normal setback or a normal sad news or something like that is completely different than just because this feeling doesn't have a justification in my mind."
