The Impact of the Inflation Reduction Act on Access to Drugs

The Patent and Trademark Office and the FDA have been doing some really interesting and good work in this area. The agencies have been collaborating in a way that I have not seen in the past, urged on by the White House. Inflation Reduction Act could potentially be gained by biopharmaceutical companies to make drugs more expensive. But CMS also seems to have some smart lawyers on its side.
