In genetic testing, there's also quality of genetic testing. There's an oversampling of the genome to be able to have more certainty about what the SNPs are that you're actually measuring. If you're just sampling a few times, you have to oversample many times. You have to have higher quality genetic sampling in order to get more reliable information.
