When you do lots of endurance training, there's going to be molecular signalling pathways which essentially try and improve what's known as micochondural by agenesis. So all the physiological factors which improve with endurance running is ability to deal with more metabolic and oxidative stresAbility to break down certain subjects and substraits and use for energy. And then from resistance training, you've got signalling pathways that occur, which then improve protein synthesis, which is going to help recovery, and improve muscular hypotrophy,. which in turn c to increase it in strength.
