They launched destructive cibr attacks while engage disinformation and hack and leak operations. Russia hasn't hesitated to use siber tool, siber weapons,. Whether it's against power plants in georgia, m or ukraine, or against government systems in estonia. But we are seeing a convergence now of these approaches. It's not yet been proven definitive, but there are american analysts who have laid the blame at china.
