How to Configure the Number of Loops in a C++ Compiler?

By default, the compiler uses a heuristic to say it doesn't actually necessarily go all the way to us. It may just say, oh, well, not enough has changed to be worth stopping. But if you know that you always run exactly as many passes, then it's, you get more consistent, um, output size. There is an option to just say, never do more than X loops.
