Red Team Blue Team Exercise

The concept of red teaming has been around since at least the 15 hundreds. The idea was to test our defenses against known adversary attack campaigns in an intrusion kill chain kind of way. This also had the added benefits of exercising our incident response teams and accelerating the training of our nubies and midteer analysts.
