How Do You Set Yourself Up for a Successful Day?

Buddhism talks about starting the day right, exactly as your question indicates. I thought I was a night person and I had heard many people say you got to win in the morning but I wasn't very good at that. Within three months, I was popping away at six before the alarm goes off. And now a morning person. So my morning now is without an alarm clock, I go downstairs, I make my yogurt, walnuts and fruit, I brew a cup of coffee,.
