The certificate authority russians have been instructed to install paves the way for a decade of digital surveillance, with the power to bypass the cryptographic privacy measures every intarnet user relies on. We do not know when or if russia will disconnect itself from the foreign internet, or that's even possible. For the people of russia, including many who oppose the invasion of ucraine, digial security has already been put at risk. And i could mean that anybody who does this in russia, for the next ten years or so, unless they find and somehow delete the certificate, gives russia the ability to insert itself in all the ancryptid communications going in and out
