How to Buy a Mobile Home Park
If you're going to buy a 20 space park, why not buy a 50 space park? It's basically the same amount of work. I like finding properties where you can bill back water and sewer that they're not doing that. Every single piece of the puzzle is actually easier except for the money. That's the only thing that's more challenging with raising capital through open door capital. Having a coach in whatever area or many areas that you want to improve in, I cannot emphasize the importance in my life for mentors and coaches.
