How to Alkalineize Your Water

You'll see a lot of the claims people will tell you how to alkalineize your water at home. You can buy these things online and I have no reason to think you should. And so that's that to me is a big red flag because fluoride is not dangerous. There is no need to remove fluoride from your water. If you prefer your filter water drink your filter that's so much better than buying a bunch of bottled water.
