Is Elon Musk Going to Turn Twitter Around?

I'm starting to think that Elon Musk is going to turn Twitter around. More people are going to be there like rubber-necking the train crash or just checking it out, right? It's an advertising business. They're going to show up because they're excited about Elon. I think it depends on whether he turns it into a cesspool. If it becomes unsustainable for certain people, then what? Well, I think they leave.
