The Pilot in Command's Erroneous Actions
The pilot in command was the pilot flying, so the captain was flying the plane. The abrupt disproportionate wheel roll inputs directed both ways without any pitch control. Assumed that the pilot in command lost spatial orientation, misinterpreting the western attitude indicator. One of the passengers actually sent a tex message before take off to a friend and said she was scared because the captain sounded like he is totally drunk.
