Is There a Balance Between Open Source and End Code?

Forlin: I was looking at a tool called apmi, and it's an open source, low code tool for building internal tools. It almost feels like part way between the low code and end code, because it has so much customise ability. But i think this is a direction that a lot of products in general are going in, because you wan't be able to build stuff without having a lot of education under their belts if possible. Forlin: If you do want something that's easy to start off, but overtime you want to add to it and make it your own even more.
