We often feel like having our kids be the center of the universe is some, you know, is a way of showing them how much we love them. And so what's a healthier way of maybe looking at it? In my book, I talk about the difference between idiot compassion and wise compassion. It helps to kind of help them reflect on, yes, this other person did this.
