The Amunde Aylar 5 weighs 9 kilograms, which is on the weightier side. It's much harder to create aero and alloy bike as you could in carbon. You can build a perfectly lightweight alloy bike, but it's not going to be as light as carbon. The frame set itself won't be wildly, wildly heavy, I wouldn't think.
