How to Meditate to Relax
The next of our summer specials were going to meditate. This guided body scan meditation is one that I really love to do to relax. It might sound obvious, but if you're currently driving or running around or operating any kind of heavy machinery, I'd suggest coming back to this episode when you're somewhere that's safe where you can relax. Take a few deep breaths to help your body and mind become relaxed,. begin to connect with the sensations and just feel your body connecting with everything that surrounds you physically and energetically.
