How to Handle Garlic Properly
I love garlic, but I hate handling it. Garlic is really powerful and fresh garlic as opposed to older garlic is very different. You can buy whole peeled garlic pretty much anywhere in bags. But a lot of that stuff is so old and it's like kind of fermenting. And you definitely don't want to taste garlic after making ice cream or sorbet.
