She says she's being mindful of what she understands from the federal government to be their timeline, but make no mistake about it. If the federal government feels like scrapping their timeline, whether or not that affects Fannie Willis' request to shut down a courthouse, they won't care one Iota. The Supreme Court upheld surprising a lot of people keep part of the voting rights act,. striking down Alabama's congressional net and potentially flipping control of the House of Representatives in the process.
