The Second Federal Indictment of President Trump
This would be the second federal indictment. The first, obviously, in New York State for hush money payments. This is certainly a more complicated charge to bring and to prove because it's a more sprawling set of evidence. We need to see if charges are brought how they will be drawn. I expect we will see a conspiracy charge that will encompass efforts to come up with a substitute slate of electors"
