The next part of your routine is to not isolate yourself it is your responsibility to seek out the joy in life again you have to find it shifting my perspective and being able to see all of the possibilities and new beginnings that could be in store for me helped me get through to the other side of my healing journey because i knew there was another side to get to so a great way of doing this is like vision boarding writing down your goals planning out your life and like visualizing what your ideal days would be.
