The Importance of Incentives in Health Care
There's a bunch of entrenched incentives in the health care space that make it. very hard to make a business that can look at prevention really well. Young, healthy people probably don't have a consistent GP and if you do, they're kind of like how fast can they get you out of bed. So I would love to find some way to crack this problem. But right now what we're seeing is things like tech enabled services for which margins are often tricky. And then you've got this huge prevention problem that's difficult to address.
