The first step is going to practicalities. When you change from DP1 to DP2, there's nobody helping them in controlling and setting their goals for example. And the coordination is something that the team must take over themselves. You go through the skill matrix and figure out what sort of skills do we miss? What do we need to get a higher end or who should educate themselves in this skill? So the team decides on this. The second one is where you do the actual redesign of organization.
