The first technique is just to say, rather than dismiss something with a seemingly logical dismissal that pretends to be logical, telling yourself, that's not in my wheelhouse. I think here's the other issue with this that I've been thinking a lot about recently is the imbalance in topics. There's a lot of topics where one side has a ton of information and a ton of research and studies. And the other side is just kind of like meh, they're not really that engaged. That frustrates me because I usually like hearing both sides.
