How to Develop a Coherent Narrative

The way that we're formulating it is that these things are much more fluid. And a very individualistic problem. So it's not in a broad swath of people. It may look strange and disorganized. But on some level, it really has been developed in a way that does make sense about how to keep somebody there. You might, as an example, develop some kind of strategy that to the outside world looks a little nuts, but honestly, it really did help keep your caregiver available on some level.
