Dason: Since the pathophysiology of T-cell mediated attack as an autoimmune disease for a plastic pneumonia was known, we've been studying immunosuppressive paradigms to knock back that T-cell attack. We started with ATG alone, not so hot. Then we added ATG in combination with cyclosporin and that was when we first saw a big jump in partial and even some complete response rates.
