Is There a Way to Make Money?

There's an enormous amount of public land out there. I think California has something like 40 million acres. Most of its unused and most of its not Indian land either, most of its just like sitting there owned by the federal government. There's a little bit of money being made on it, but it's really not too much. You could probably easily wipe out all the college debt here. But you have to actually be willing to sell or monetize some of that land for the common good.
