Is There Room for More Regulation in a World With Such Inequalities?
Is there scope for more regulation in a world that is so unequal and so diverse? And in what areas could universal regulation do more? I think there is a need for the right kind of regulation, not necessarily for something most stringent, if it doesn't sofmit a test of compliance. But what is needed, i think, and covic shows it graphically, is a most strategic investment in what will prevent the recurrence of this disaster.
