How Long Will the Recession Last?
69% of respondents believe we aren't in a recession, and then maybe that makes sense for their idea that this is 69% of them believe this is your opportunity. And let's not forget that there's the old ad is, and I presume it's so old and so used, I assume it's true that real estate is a hedge against inflation. So if you're in that already in the marketplace, then you can identify that either current assets you've got or current assets you're going to pursue are in fact going to be more valuable.
