The Story of Nikki Cleveland and the North Yarmith Property
Nikki Cleveland listed her secluded cottage property for sale in July 1981. A mail caller asked to speak with Nikki but she was not available at the time. The man kept his word and called back six days later asking to see the property. He arranged an appointment between one and two in the afternoon on July 13th so that Nikki could show it to him. To reach the listed property one must walk or drive along a dirt road across the property of a Mrs. Gay Hoyt who had erected a gate across the road.
