The Best Available Evidence of Federal Campaign Finance Law

I'm going to agree with him about federal campaign finance law. I want more regulation of campaign related speech. The best available evidence that we have is that this is going to be enforceable, even if it should not be. Trump has jeopardy. But as I've said before, shouldn't he had jeopardy with the feds, but he shouldn't have jeopardy with a state or a local prosecutor applying this federal statute.
