The Old Testament Theology Does Not Recognize God as Our Father
Bryce: Verse 16 of Isaiah 63 seems to indicate a visionary community that was ousted by the centralized authority in Jerusalem. "To me, those are code words for the authorities in Jerusalem," he says. Bryce: Lehi and the visionaries understand that God is their father but they also understand that Christ can become our father.
