We Do What We Are

We are what we think we are, which is our identity. For example, did you buy cigarettes this morning? No. How come? I'm not a smoker. And it's not even, we don't even think it. It's completely unconscious. What people do is they go into the automatic behavior of being the identity of a smoker. So if I am a smoker at my unconscious level, there is no analytical thought. That is what I will automatically do. We have to start with be do have. Who am I being that will affect my doing that will affected my outcome.
