NATO chief Jens Soderbergh said NATO will continue to stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes, we will not back down. The energy grid is on the brink of collapse and that millions are enduring emergency blackouts. People clutching empty bottles we can see in search of water, people crowded in cafes for power and warmth.
