The field of diagnostics was at its infancy. Ennebrok ultra sound did not exist, certainly not in the united states. We realized that we were a lot more than bronchology and so intervential cardiology had become very popular. So i thought, couldn't we make up a name that would encompass all of what we did? And so that's where the name intervential pomonology came from.
