How to Make Triangular Samosas
Every side of the triangle must be equal size. If your samosas don't look like a spring roll, you've done something wrong. The texture that you get with those samosas is not quite so papery. It's almost a bit more short-crust-like. So they do differ. But if you ask me which one I prefer, part of me likes the non-papery ones because they are the original.
