The Importance of Connection in Relationships
I love doing this podcast more than anything I love having these conversations hearing wisdom storytelling etc but I never there's not been a day where I was set foot in the studio feeling completely chilled and calm. There is that human instinct that you want to be liked you want the other person to like you you want them to feel comfortable it all feels risky. When you take those that bundle of feelings and apply it to could be long-term relationships new friendships whatever we're not talking about easy plain sailing relationships here we're talking about connection and those relationships there could be complications at times.
