I like companies that sit there and go, okay, so not, we have spent money on a physical building sunk cost. And I had Phil Libby, who's the CEO of Evernote on the show, and he was talking about, well, we don't have offices for his current business or turtles. He basically says, look, people need to get together, we will find the best possible space to do that. So you're starting to think, what do we actually need to drive this and to be successful, as opposed to how do we just you know, deal with the fact that we've got a legacy model that isn't necessarily what we actually need?
