Facebook Announces It Will Not Allow You to Use Facebook Shops and Allow Check Out Through the Site
Facebook will not allow you to use Facebook shops and allowed check out through the site. You have to use their checkout to complete a transaction if somebody goes to Facebook shop in addition, which that's not that bad because I did confirm with Facebook today that you will still be able to run website traffic and website ads. The goal with this push is twofold. One, it's to get shops transacting through Facebook, which I'm sure means, you know, payment revenue for them. Second one, how they're going to get people there is everybody who has products tagged on Instagram. Those tags will completely disappear if you were not set up in commerce manager.
