Isaac's Death Bed
Isaac, who's hypothetically on his death bed, asks esau to hunt for venison. He wants esau to make em stew out of venison. But rebecca overhears this and conspires with jacob a to slaughter two small goats. And so then jacob goes in to his father with the stew. Isaac smells him too, and he smells like esau. There's quite a remarkable painting of that. These are major league betrayals that he's engaging. It's not trivial. You know, you could whell esau is wild enough, but it seems to me thatt the moral error falls on jacob's shoulders
