God's Mercy Pervades Everything

In verses 14 through 19, Paul wants to show us that God's mercy pervades everything. If you're in Christ, your salvation is based on mercy through and through and in every direction. But as Paul goes on, starting in verse 20, he wants to show that God's Mercy isn't just all pervading, but it also is humbling. It humbles his creatures.
