The Challenges of Running a Test System
A lot of these ZBROs still operate test systems. They tend to resist change into a common architecture. Sometimes we're asking them to move away from architectures that are not necessarily bad, right? That are operating properly and asking them to disrupt their environment to a certain degree. And so we need to overcome that resistance that is one, sometimes pragmatic and sometimes not so pragmatic. But at the end of the day, this is about relationships and establishing relationships with your CIOs at the Bureau levels and organizational unit levels.
