Robbie: I think we've talked about this before but it's been a long time and it's one of my favorite topics. The classic teaching which comes from a paper by Drachman and Hart in probably the 70s, they reviewed a bunch of patients who came to their clinic with dizziness. They said really dizziness is one of four things. Now spoiler alert, this is actually helpful but I'm going to be debunked but it's worth going through anyway. And those four categories of dizziness are one, vertigo, meaning a true sense of motion and that the patient is really saying the room is spinning,. Lightheadedness, not true room spinning but lightheadedness
