When you are buying property or any amount that you need to transfer to a solicitor's trust account to a real estate trust account, just jump on the phone. There is that much fraud and scams happen with hacked email addresses with all that stuff. I've heard stories of people transferring money to account and BSBs from the solicitor'sTrust account, quote unquote, and the solicitors have been hacked.
