The Principle of Falling Backwards When Learning
When learning something new, you experience this sense of chaos. You've gone from a relative comfort zone to having to cope with quite a few new concepts. At first it's all a struggle, but then the brain overcomes those hurdles and then you improve rapidly. But at first it seems like you're driving with a hand brake. And at some point you release that brake, and the car seems to propel itself forward as if it shot from a cannon. If you join an artical writing course, should you expect to finish at least a few block posts by the end of the course? It's not an unrealistic, or even unreasonable expectation, is it?
