Dale Carpenter is a member of the South's oldest LGBT civil rights group. He says he had been looking for a test case to change Texas' anti-gay law in recent years. Lane Lewis tracked down two men who were arrested and charged with being gay, but they didn't want to plead out. Carpenter: "I just simply thought, well, now it was time for me to organize my people"
