I had developed a pretty severe case of agorophobia. My office space used to be the streets, the public so that was unsafe. So i went to a dodger game n the past few months. Most people don't know on what level i've struggled with this. It's like saying to somebody, why didn't you take a ship the day before cono enit comes out? The recovery is circuitous, non linear, confusing, ungraceful, ugly and beautiful. And part of the the trometherapy and body keeps a score is in the solution is ok.
