Agile Is the Natural Complement to Feedback

agile is a methodology to better support when we're getting feet back. I think humans, and by definition, ultimately, the potential organizations to embrace agile should be a lot easier than we make it. To me, agileis pretty straightforward. It's a response to stimuli. So you take that veed back and you respond to it. That's agile. Even if you're in an environment that's structured and rigid and doesn't offer a lot of room to manoeuvre, you could still be agile. Might be in a very tight little space, but you can move within whatever space you have. And it really requires just a mind set shift - not just an organizational mind sift set
