The Runy Rule and the NFL
The runy rule started in the enna fell, but it spread like wildfire among big companies. If you have one divers candidate on an all white a slate, it doesn't matter, they never get hired. A lot of boards really want to actually hire women and men of color so that their slates aren't just like n candidates,. Like alla the rune rule, they bring in a fully diverse slate of candidates. So companies have evolved beyond this rule, but the nfl clearly has not.
