Why I'm Voting Commercial Versus Small Multi Family
I'm voting commercial and this is why it all comes down to the way they're appraised small multi family, no matter how much money you're making out of it. It's a comparison appraisal with commercial. I think Alan makes a good point on how you can quickly get to a million dollars in equity through commercial versus small multi-family. But again, you Alan said himself, he doesn't want to take a million dollars to make a million dollars. So I'm going to vote against Alan. You're not welcome back.
